4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by us, and shipping is free for the customer.

5. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
